Is this actually free, or will I be pressured to buy something? +

It’s genuinely free — no catch. The call exists so both sides can figure out if working together makes sense. If it does, most people choose to move into a paid Asset Roadmap Session afterward. If it doesn’t, you still leave with clarity. Either outcome is fine with us.

I don’t have land yet — can I still book this? +

Yes. Many people who book this call are still in the process of identifying land, or have capital and are figuring out where and how to deploy it. We can talk through what to look for, what to avoid, and how to evaluate opportunities — and STRUCHA’s network includes verified land sellers across our active growth corridors.

My project feels too small or early-stage — is that okay? +

Our models start as small as a 40×60 plot — so “small” is relative. If you’re early-stage, the call is actually most useful then, because it can shape your decisions before you’ve spent money on the wrong direction. The only thing that matters is that you’re serious about moving forward — not how big the project currently is.

I’m not based in Ghana or Kenya — does that matter? +

Not at all. Most of the people we work with are based abroad — in the US, UK, and Canada — and are developing remotely. That’s exactly the gap STRUCHA exists to close. Wherever you are, we can talk.

What if I just have questions and I’m not ready to commit to anything? +

That’s completely fine — that’s what this call is for. You’re not committing to anything by booking it. Some people book this call purely to get oriented before they make any decisions at all, and that’s a perfectly valid reason to talk.

How is this different from researching online or asking in Facebook groups? +

Online research and group advice are often generic, conflicting, or outdated — and nobody is accountable for the outcome. This call is a direct conversation about your specific situation, from a team that actually implements developments on the ground. You’re not getting opinions — you’re getting a read grounded in what’s actually been built.

What do I need to prepare before the call? +

Nothing formal. If you have details about your land — location, size, title status — those are helpful but not required. If you don’t have land yet, just come ready to talk about your goals, your timeline, and roughly what you have to work with. The form you fill out when booking covers the basics.
