Each floor can either have 1 unit of 2 bedrooms and 2 units of 1 bedroom or 2 units of 2 bedrooms or 1 unit of 4 bedrooms.

Given that there are 3 floors, you can choose any of those combinations. In this design, the first floor has 1 unit of 2 bedrooms and 2 units of 1 bedroom. On the second floor we have 2 units of 2 bedrooms each. On the third floor we have 1 unit of the 4 bedroom.

Upon purchase, you will have all the option included so you can choose your combination during construction.

The 4 bedroom is 160sqm/ 1720sqft 2 bedrooms are 84sqm/ 900sqft and 75sqm/ 810sqft 1 bedroom units are 45sqm/ 490sqft and 38sqm/ 410sqft
